01Courses & Demo
Skill To Learn offers educational, training, coaching, test-preparation and skill-development courses through online modes.
Eligible courses may include a free 5-day demo. The demo is provided so that students can understand the course, teaching methodology, schedule and learning experience before making a decision to enrol.
Students are advised to clarify all course-related queries before making payment.
02Enrolment & Payment
Enrolment is confirmed once the applicable course fee has been successfully paid.
Students are responsible for checking the course details, including course name, duration, syllabus, schedule, mode of delivery and fees, before making payment.
03Refund & Cancellation
Once a student is enrolled and the course fee has been paid, the fee is non-refundable and the enrolment is non-transferable, subject to applicable law and the Skill To Learn Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No refund will ordinarily be provided if a student subsequently decides not to continue, does not attend classes, or is unable to continue due to personal, academic, professional or other reasons.
04Non-Transferable Enrolment
Course enrolment, course access, login credentials and learning materials are personal to the enrolled student and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted or shared with another person.
05Course Materials & Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, recordings, notes, PDFs, tests, assignments, study materials, presentations, graphics, logos and other resources, is owned by or licensed to Skill To Learn or its associates.
Students may use these materials only for their personal educational purposes. Copying, recording, distributing, selling, uploading or sharing course content without written permission is prohibited.
06Course Schedule
Skill To Learn may reasonably modify faculty, batch timings, schedules, course delivery methods or other operational arrangements when required.
Where reasonably practicable, students will be informed of significant changes.
07Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards faculty, staff and fellow students.
Unauthorised recording or sharing of classes, misuse of course materials, sharing of login credentials, abusive behaviour or other serious misconduct may result in suspension or termination of course access.
08Educational Outcomes
Skill To Learn provides educational and training services but does not guarantee any particular examination score, admission, certification, employment, salary or other result. Student outcomes depend on individual preparation, effort, attendance and other factors.
